Teach us to Pray - Thy Will Be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven
What does this mean? How is God’s will done? God’s will is done when He breaks and hinders every evil plan and purpose of the devil, the world, and our sinful nature, which do not want us to hallow God’s name or let His kingdom come; and when He strengthens and keeps us firm in His Word and faith until we die.

What Had happened at Grace this week.
"All things work together for good." What does this famous promise actually mean? God brings true good, not through our overzealous striving, but through the empty tomb.
Let’s celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary together with good food, good friends, and good fun!
A Busy and Blessed Week at Grace!
We’ve had a wonderful couple of weeks learning about baby Moses and Zacchaeus climbing the tree to see Jesus!
On June 18, 2026, our class explored sin’s inward curve, creation’s praise, and the redemptive power of Christ through C. S. Lewis’s imagery in The Great Divorce, discussing how unresolved grief and lust can become idolatry and how surrendering our deepest attachments leads to glorious transformation.
Scenes from The Chosen to explore Jesus’ compassionate mission to outcasts, the meaning of the Sabbath, the power of personal transformation and testimony, childlike discipleship, and the tension between comforting mercy and costly allegiance to Christ.
Naaman the mighty man of war has leprosy, but his story shows us how human pride expects a show while God brings true healing through the small, ordinary, and unimpressive things.
Upcoming Driveway Closure: Sunday, Postponed due to weather

Teach us to Pray - Thy Kingdom Come
The kingdom of God certainly comes by itself without our prayer, but we pray in this petition that it may come to us also. How does God’s kingdom come? God’s kingdom comes when our heavenly Father gives us His Holy Spirit, so that by His grace we believe His holy Word and lead godly lives here in time and there in eternity.

I Am The Vine
Many times in life it can seem like we are uprooted, that we are disconnected and just adrift like a tumbleweed in an old western. Jesus knows His disciples and His followers are going to feel this way. To all of those who feel disconnected, Jesus says that He is the vine, and He has sent the advocate to connect us all.

I Am The Way, Truth, and the Life
The Lord’s disciple Thomas asks Jesus, ‘‘Lord where are you going? Can you show us the way?’’ Thomas wants to know the way. What can he do, what can he be so that he can be with the Father? Jesus looks at him and says that he, Jesus, is the way.

I Am The Resurrection and Life
Jesus’ good friend Lazarus gets sick and dies. When Jesus finally gets to his town, Martha comes running out to Jesus with tears in her eyes and says, ‘’IF ONLY you had been here, he would not have died.’’ We often live with the cloud of ‘If Only’ over us, which causes us to slow and not see the light breaking forth.

When God’s people hear ‘shepherd,’ they automatically think of the messiah, a king from God. Jesus uses this understanding to say that he is the Good Shepherd, that he is not in this for himself but for everyone else.

I Am The Gate
When I was young, it seems like I was told that Jesus the gate in the sense that I had to choose the correct gate and that Gate was Jesus. However, Jesus wants us to know that he is the gate. He is the one who keeps the robbers out and keeps the sheep in. Jesus is our gate, keeping us safe.

I Am The Bread of Life
I AM The Bread of Life - God’s people grumbled for bread in the wilderness. Jesus performs a miracle and feeds 5000 with some bread and fish. They are following Jesus around wanting another sign or miracle showing that He is God. To this crowd He said “I AM the Bread of Life.”

Saddle Up! - The Day
Saddle Up - When the devil has Jesus in the wilderness, he is encouraging Jesus to saddle up, to take charge and make something of himself. So often we want to saddle up and make something of ourselves. However, Jesus said “no” and instead rode through life as a servant.

Strength of Tin Foil - The Day
Strength of Tin Foil - Coke cans not only look but are strong. In their unopened state they are engineered to hold tons a weight in shipping. However an empty can looks the same but can be crushed with small pressure. Amos is showing us that if we want to look as powerful as the babylons of the world, we can be crushed like an empty can. However, the Lord’s Kingdom does not give off the appearance of strength but love.

Chasing After Egyptian Horses - The Day
Chasing after Egyptian Horses - It is a well known fact to the people of God that they ought not to go back to Egypt. Do not chase after the things of Egypt. Do not do the things of Egypt. However, we see the king of Israel marrying an Egyptian wife and chasing after Egyptian horses and having slave labor build the temple. God’s people are looking at the Day of the Lord square in the eye.

My Name is Stumbling Block- The Day
Egypt has become Babylon because they are refusing to acknowledge Yahweh as the one true God. Egypt has redefined good and evil so that murdering children and enslaving immigrants is seen as good. We see their cities of “brick and mortar’ are built on the blood of the innocent.

There's a problem; it is seen all through the first 11 chapters of Genesis. Sin is everywhere, and everyone is defining right and wrong for themselves. We see this at the tower of Babylon with people trying to make a name for themselves.
